Printful Apparel Fulfillment

Ferocious Beard Company utilizes the services of Printful.com to create and fulfill many of our apparel products sold at FerociousBeard.com.  Printful.com's return policy differs GREATLY from FerociousBeard.com's policy.  As such, there are things you need to be aware of in the event of an issue with an order fulfilled through Printful.com.

If you have an issue with a Printful product, please contact Ferocious Beard Company immediately.  While we can certainly assist with some issues, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve all Printful issues to your satisfaction.

Here is the Printful.com Return Policy:

Misprints/Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. (That means YOU need to contact FerociousBeard.com within 14 days of your Printful order being received so that we will have the necessarily time to review and attempt to assist)

Lost In Transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.  (That means YOU need to contact FerociousBeard.com within 14 days of your Printful order estimated delivery date so that we will have the necessarily time to review and attempt to assist)  Printful will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.  We will ask you to confirm your shipping address and if you have reached out to your local Post Office to attempt to locate the lost order. However, if tracking indicates the shipment was delivered, Printful.com will NOT reship the order and you will have to place a new order.

Claims deemed an error on Printful.com's part are covered at Printful.com's expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful.com.  You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful.com facility.

Returned by Customer - Printful.com does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, nor incorrect size.  If you selected one size which was delivered and it doesn't fit, you will need to place a new order, as size exchanges are not authorized nor refundable.

If Tracking Indicates Delivery Was Made - Printful.com does not refund orders or pay for reshipping.  There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." If you are unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new order to have it reshipped.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
