FerociousBodyCare.com has all the ingredients you need to create your own perfect personal blend, and we've got faith in your judgement.  Although it's not exactly rocket science, it may require some thoughtful reflection to build a custom scent worthy enough for your beard, hair or skin. 

Because this is your own creation, please be aware that all sales are final on your custom Flex oil.

First, a quick primer. Flex oils are primarily made up of carrier oils.  The job of carrier oils is to provide primary benefit for your beard, skin & hair, as well as "carry" the essential oils (the scented ones) and fragrances. Carrier oils don't typically have much of a scent to them, but because essential oils can be very strong, the carrier oils dilute the scent of the essential oils to a level that allows for you to use them without being overpowering.  A few drops of essential oils or fragrances can go a long way!

When it comes to essential oils or fragrances, we recommend starting off with one to three scents if you're just getting started in the world of blending.

CARRIER OILS:  We use and recommend the following carrier oils.  Our products contain a blend of the following five carrier oils:

  • Sunflower Oil, Great source of Vitamin E; rich in antioxidants; combats acne, redness and irritation of the skin; emollient properties help skin retain moisture.

  • Apricot Oil, containing Vitamin A & E.  This oil is useful for oily complexions, helps rehydrate dry skin, and soothes rough damaged skin as well as relieves skin itch and irritation.

  • Sweet Almond Oil, which softens and dislodges dirt in skin pores and hair follicles to prevent acne and blackheads.

  • Jojoba Oil, which mimics the natural oils found in your own skin and helps moisturize the skin under your beard.

  • Castor Oil, contains ricinoleic acid which literally is absorbed into each individual hair strand and provides nourishment from the root, leading to the promotion of hair growth, thicker hair strands, and hair follicle enhancement

The ability to create your own scent is awesome. Using my wife’s abilities I was able to out together a beard oil that smells incredible and I will continue to order again and again. If you’re on the fence, give it a shot.

Amazing! Overly Impressed, All Around! Top Notch!

So I just want to start off by saying this company is fantastic. He runs it so smoothly, and his customer service is out of this world. He def went above and beyond for me on my first time order, ensuring I'll be back for more. I got the Sublime Oil as a gift for my Dad, and got myself the DIY Scent pack of Oil+Balm. I called mine "Peg Leg" and it is just what I wanted, or better! The scents are heavenly, and the product is made with some of the best base ingredients to ensure healthy hairs and skin. He really knows what he's doing here. Also had him check my scent before sending just in case it wasn't a good mix, since Peg Leg is a complex blend of quite a few different scents. There's Cedarwood, Leather, South Seas, some kind of Bourbon something, Pear, and a few other complementing scents. If I can edit this I'll get the exact mix on here. Also left it up to him on how strong it should be based off what I told him I wanted (strong but not too strong). Just right in every way. Very prompt to reply to messages and very kind and helpful. What a solid guy and company. I'll be a customer for life, and you should too!!!
