I sent out $10 gift cards to our highest spending 86 customers on December 7, 2021, including you. Your gift card has not yet been utilized, and I have the ability to send it out again to you. But I never received any notification that you were not able to locate your gift card. I don't mind 1 star reviews if you are truly unsatisfied with our product or service, but in this case, you never reached out to me to help you. I'm happy to do so, but please consider changing your review to more properly reflect the service Ferocious provided to you once this is resolved to your satisfaction.
